Recognized with an American Architecture Prize and City of Vancouver Heritage Award of Honour, this project involved the rehabilitation of the old Stock Exchange Building, the retention of its heritage status and the incorporation of a new 31-storey office tower. The project is certified LEED Platinum, and is Vancouver’s first LEED Platinum Heritage Conversion and Canada’s eighth largest LEED Platinum Building.
Our firm was the architect of record and prime consultant for architecture, construction administration and sustainability. We also provided space planning, master planning, heritage rehabilitation and LEED facilitation services. We designed the tower in conjunction with Harry Gugger Studio of Switzerland.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”27114″ qode_css_animation=””][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]
