SHINOBI RAMEN RESTAURANT, BROOKLYN  New York, NY

This small trendy Japanese restaurant opened in a former dilapidated and abandoned garage in a run-down but up-and-coming neighborhood in Brooklyn. It required a complete rebuild of the garage from ground up and the design of a simple and minimal interior along with a highly efficient stainless steel commercial kitchen and storage area. Concrete floors, oversized custom wood door and exposed brick complete the rustic atmosphere.
