BC EGG MARKETING BOARD OFFICES + BORARDOOM Abbotsford, BC
We designed this office space for BC Egg Marketing Board with a stylized reference to the natural and agricultural world to reflect this forward-thinking organization with a major role in BC’s economy. The centerpiece of the boardroom is a suspended sculpture representing the skeletal frames of chickens on a roost, named the ‘Henhouse Scrabble’ by the sculptor. Natural wood, warm colours, art glass and fabric provide an inviting and visually stimulating space. Our scope of work included the design of the custom wood furnishings and carpet.
