620 BROADWAY LOBBY, SOHO New York, NY

The renovation of this lobby and exterior entrance of an 1860 cast iron building involved reclaiming ceiling height previously appropriated as storage for an adjacent store. Opening the ceiling allowed the exterior entrance to be restored with its original large glass transom, and new contemporary lighting fixtures to be installed. The new minimalist design for the lobby features stone and quartz tile and complements the contemporary residences above.
