This proposed master planned development in Abbotsford comprises a complete community design including residential, retail and commercial uses. Reflecting the principles outlined in the Official Community Plan, this plan provides a new focus and gathering place for the City of Abbotsford. Designed to create a walkable community, this plan accommodates multi-generational living. The community will comprise office spaces and a wide variety of housing types including independent seniors housing, high-rise market condominiums, townhouses and mid-rise non-market rentals.
