WINE BAR AT THE EXCHANGE TOWERÂ Vancouver, BC
The Exchange Tower project involves the conservation and rehabilitation of the Old Stock Exchange Building conjoined with a new 31-storey tower. These components intertwine to form contiguous spaces allowing occupants to traverse between the new and the old.
Iredale Architecture worked with SwissReal Group to reimagine the historic Trading Floor space as a wine bar/lounge. Using salvaged materials from the heritage building, the renovated space will invite visitors into an authentic old world recreation of the Trading Floor mezzanine. From the mezzanine, visitors will descend to the double-height wine bar accented with contemporary features and finishes to provide a unique and comfortable experience.
