This project is one of three private residence lofts that have been gut renovated by David Bootsman, in this heritage building on West Broadway. This fourth floor renovation included exposing and restoring original heavy timber beams and cast iron columns, incorporating custom cabinetry throughout, and adding two new wood-burning fireplaces. The residence features a large rear Master suite with his and hers bathrooms with a shared central shower, Venetian plaster walls in the corridors, lacquered iron columns, and a concealed central office.
