THE ROYCE AT PREDATOR RIDGE Vernon, BC
This project hopes to set new patterns for architectural expression within the Predator Ridge vernacular. Borrowing from the existing material palette, the new building will make the transition by introducing new form language while still respecting the scale of existing developments. The new building will take maximum advantage of the orientation and views over the lake and towards the fairway and valley beyond.
