We provided architectural services for the restoration of this 1912 Craftsman home, its conversion into three suites and the addition of two infill dwellings to the property. The design of the infill dwellings harmonizes with the Tudor-revival style of the original home, with whispers of 21st-century convenience and elegance. The roof-form of the garden infill cottage disappears behind the raised terrace of the original home to preserve privacy and to create a sense of openness.
