An Architect in Brazil with more than 16 years of experience, Fernando comes to the Firm with significant design and coordination experience. His expertise spans a diverse range of areas and scales from residential and real estate to cultural, commercial, and master planning projects. His time in Brazil further afforded him the opportunity to work in the coordination of corporate interior projects, bank branch flagship stores, and commercial projects. Since arriving at the Firm in 2022, Fernando’s communication skills have been instrumental in coordinating the Building Permit application for the 189-unit multi-residential development in New Westminster.
Fernando is skilled in producing traditional drawings, renderings, and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. He brings his expertise in BIM to manage and coordinate models for various projects and provide mentorship on best practices.
