Iredale Architecture incorporated a rich, contemporary design for three Waves Coffee House buildings. For each building, we worked on the schematic design with the Client and design development coordination with the engineering team. We provided full construction documents, tender administration clarifications, and services during construction to ensure the projects met the drawings, specifications, code requirements and Client expectations. The rich and muted tones complemented by strong graphical lines, created a warm yet open space to encourage interactivity with customers.
