SQUAMISH ADVENTURE CENTRE

This landmark visitor centre is situated along the Sea-to-Sky Highway between Vancouver and Whistler. The Centre’s dramatic curving roof structure was designed to draw visitor’s eyes upwards to the scenic mountain range of the local region. Primarily constructed of sustainably sourced local Douglas-fir, the structure comprises over 1,000 uniquely shaped timber elements. The Centre also serves as a convention venue for conferences and events, featuring an exhibit hall, café and lounge, and a main assembly area that can accommodate up to 250 guests.
