SALT SPRING ISLAND LIBRARY Salt Spring Island, BC
Salt Spring Island Library was designed to maximize the utility of a compact site in downtown Ganges of Salt Spring Island. The two storey library offers space for public reading, group collaboration, meeting rooms, archives, staff offices and a large program room for events. The project attained a LEED Gold environmental standard due to its extensive use of wood, natural daylighting and ventilation systems.
