The first phase of this seven-phase development provides a wide variety of housing types including townhomes; ground-oriented apartments; one, two, and three-bedroom apartments; and live-work studios. One building will be dedicated to rental units.
The buildings respond in a playful way to Maple Ridge’s agricultural history, with references to the many barn roofs that used to cover the landscape. The outdoor spaces are designed to create intimate communal spaces that encourage neighbourly interaction.
