RICHARD IREDALE  Architect AIBC, MRAIC, P. Eng., LEED AP | Principal

Richard has been a licensed professional engineer since 1986 and a Principal at Iredale Architecture since 1992. His work focuses on sustainable community design for educational, residential and civic projects. His portfolio includes over 150 new buildings and 180 renovation projects.

Richard’s skills combine an architect’s background in space-planning and an engineer’s knowledge of physical and biological systems. He designs buildings that function in harmony with nature, prioritizing energy efficiency and dense landscaping to close the natural carbon and water cycles. Richard has lectured widely on the topic of green buildings.
