SURREY STORAGE STATION

 

This facility includes indoor storage, outdoor storage and offices. We faced two key issues with the design and construction of this project. First, we needed to ensure that the addition would appear to be an integral part of the original campus construction built 15 years earlier. Second, the building footprint is located within an important environmental setback for a salmon-bearing stream. An extensive erosion and sediment control plan was carefully developed and implemented.
