SOHO BROADWAY LOBBY

The renovation of this lobby and exterior entrance in an 1860 cast iron building on Broadway involved the borrowing back of ceiling height given away over the years to storage for an adjacent store. Opening up the ceiling allowed for the exterior to be restored with the original large transom and new large lighting fixtures installed. A new contemporary minimal look for the lobby with stone and tile blends into the contemporary residences above.
