SHINOBI RAMEN

This small trendy Japanese restaurant opened in a former dilapidated and abandoned garage in a run-down but up-and-coming neighborhood in Brooklyn. It required a complete rebuild of the garage from ground up and the design of a simple and minimal interior along with a highly efficient kitchen and storage area. Concrete floors and exposed brick complete the rustic atmosphere.
