MAZUR SOHO LOFT

Located in New York’s SoHo district, this building is one of New York City’s earliest cast iron heritage buildings. This gut renovation project involved leveling the entire floorplate after the building sunk on one side because of adjacent building construction.

The newly designed residence and studio features a convertible studio office behind a 14’ sliding wall, a hidden desk and guest bedroom with custom Murphy bed and cabinetry, a teak kitchen and limestone-lined bathrooms with glass-enclosed cast iron columns.
